POST EVENT REPORT – CHRD
This Certification took place in Mumbai from Jan. 29 to Feb. 2nd.
To say it in one sentence: “This was the most commited class I have ever seen!”
Rolf Hartung as facilitator of this natural learning journey is a very active and welcoming person.
Instead of pure knowledge transfer in front of the class he asked a lot of questions to connect the participants with their experience and learning.
The model that Rolf Hartung (we call him the encyclopedia of Talent Management ) took as basis for this full 5 days is the model of emotional connectivity. Consistently connecting the participants with their own values and beliefs is essential to ensure a sustainable learning and change process.
As a result of this special procedure in combination with practical interaction the group became very collaborative and shared knowledge and tools. They perfectly worked together and built a community that from now on is focused on mutual support.
Owing to this emotional connectivity learning took place in a safe and comfortable environment.
In addition to that Rolf Hartung shared all tools and gave participants a unique documentation that is called ‘Quick Reference Cards’, plus all content in an app for their mobile devices. Thus everybody is very well connected and has all content available in her/his pocket at any time.
The learning areas comprising sustainable change, influencing, TMA Talent Management Model, Talent Management Consulting, coaching of direct reports and finally, were summarized for perfect transfer into practice in a simulation by acting as Talent Management Consultants.
The whole content was relevant for the participants, but to mention some specials in the following:
- Crest exercise to identify your own values and beliefs
- Meta model of language to really understand how we use language in an efficient and targeted way
- Process of constructive negative feedback
- A proven negotiation model to be better prepared for negotiations
- The unique TMA – Talent Management Model
- Consulting sequence
Additionally, tools like the Talent Management App, Leadership Development Map and different presentations to convince the Management.
I am very proud to emphasize it again, I have never seen a class like this, really extra-ordinary.
