Rob’s mission in life is making a lasting, positive difference in many lives. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Organizational Development, and teaches Business and Leadership at a college in Tacoma, WA, USA. Rob is a tenure college professor, certified professional trainer, national board certified counselor/coach, certified program manager, and a certified organizational change master. Rob is also a Black Belt Toastmaster Speaker.
For over 25 years, he has served many roles within the educational, organizational and talent development industry. Rob loves impacting lives producing career and personal change greatly affecting performance. One of his many successes focused on developing and implementing a large, multi-national, multi-lingual Train-The-Trainer Program spanning across 3 continents and 5 languages. This 3-year program produced ROI by lowering risks and operational costs, impacting profit margins, enhancing customer satisfaction 27%, and lowering employee attrition 11%.
