Steve Sonnenberg is a senior consultant / trainer who has 35+ years experience helping individuals focus on identifying, developing and managing their talents.
His expertise is in Consulting Skills development, Organization Development, Team Building, Coaching, Facilitation Skill development, Facilitating Organization Change, Situational Leadership, Supervisory Skill Development, Decision Making, Problem Solving and Negotiation, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Meeting Skills, Training Design, and Leadership Development. He has worked extensively in the role of an independent consultant as well as a member of the University Associates team in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, and Australia. He has collaborated with agencies and companies ranging from technically advanced manufacturing and software development, to government agencies to health care, financial, communication, retail, utility, education, and pharmaceuticals.
Steve has Master’s Degrees in Human Resource Development, and Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelors degree in Education.
In addition to his academic achievements, he has written and published over
two dozen articles and has developed a seven-session video-based training program for volunteer leaders. As an accomplished public speaker, Steve has spoken at numerous international, national, regional, and local conferences. He has successfully taught university and college courses in business, listening skills, training competencies, personal effectiveness, teaching skills, and negotiation.
