Each competency profile in a company needs to be orderly organized as to the related training and development. For this purpose, the Talent Management Academy have designed modular study courses defining in a first step the required competencies for the related job profile. Next we select the appropriate training contents in terms of workshops aiming at the easy and prompt development of these specific competencies.
Interactive training and group coaching based on the appropriate modules are essentials of circular action-learning which is completed by practical tasks to be performed on the job. In this way the employee can contribute the essentials of the “lessons learned” in terms of coaching or peer counseling of other colleagues, realization of specific steps as particular methods or independently organized workshops.
