Thomas Herbst holds a degree from the University of Mannheim (MBA) specialized in Marketing, Logistics and Psychology.
He is an experienced management consultant, trainer and coach with a successful track record of more than 20 years of consulting, coaching and training at top, middle and supervisory management levels.
His working scope includes change management, leadership, conflict management, team building, communication and sales training.
Thomas Herbst has an extended experience in improving communication processes through value oriented change based and focused on mind modeling structures. He holds certificates for NLP Practitioner (DVNLP), Systemic Trance Work and CIIPD (Certified in innovative People Development) by the Global Academy for Finance and Management (GAFM), USA.
Market experience in training and coaching in an international environment. Contents development and delivery of trainings for Lufthansa German Airlines in the areas of Marketing, Communication, Sales and Logistics for seven years at the Lufthansa Training Center in Seeheim, Germany.
Project leader for two years „Internal Communication and Marketing“ for Lufthansa Cargo. Designing and performing a two years marketing campaign concerning a revolutionary new business strategy towards 5.000 employees. Developing marketing and merchandising material (booklets, CD-Roms, business theatre, interactive learning stations, articles and reports in the Lufthansa Cargo magazine).
The key aspect for his working areas is the interpersonal communication focusing on the power of emotional connectivity: he sees a strong relation between our mindset and our results in life. Publication of the book “The CORE – Principle” in June 2017 about how mindset and inner values are influencing our decisions, actions and behavior.
Thomas Herbst works within a variety of branches such as logistics, IT, banks and tourism. His profession and passion were leading him to Austria, Bahrain, Canada, China, Denmark, Dubai, England, France, India, Italy, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South-Africa, Spain, Sweden, Thailand and USA.
His inner drive can be described like this: motivating, presenting, listening, changing perspectives, creating atmosphere,implementing authentic connections and relationships, humor, integrating people and cultures, developing ideas and bring them to life.
